Dosage
Our highly concentrated extract is recommended to start with 5–7 drops 3 times a day, depending on how you feel. You can then increase the dose to 10 drops 3 times a day. The dosage depends on the issue and purpose and can be adjusted.
Take the drops on an empty stomach,
20–30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.
Swallow the drops and drink with water. For maximum effect, hold the extract under the tongue. It is also suitable for adding to coffee or tea.
We recommend using the extract 6 days a week and taking 1 day off.
After 4 weeks of use, take a 1-week break. Optionally, after 3 months of use, take a 1-month break.
Important Information
This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Store in a dry and dark place at 5°C – 25°C
Shelf life: 30 months from the date of manufacture This product does not contain caffeine, gluten, colorants, or sugar.
Shake well before use. Sediment at the bottom of the bottle is allowed.
After opening, we recommend storing in the refrigerator and consuming within one month.
