BOHEMYCO Shiitake cryo-powder is created for those who prefer the most
natural and highly bioavailable form of mushroom supplementation. Ultra-cold milling at –196 °C preserves the full spectrum of shiitake’s natural compounds — lentinan, β-glucans and ergothioneine — and significantly enhances the powder’s absorption.
In Eastern tradition, shiitake was regarded as a mushroom of life energy, and today it is valued in biohacking for its clean natural composition and versatility.
We use only fruiting bodies, with no mycelium, no grains and no fillers. Our
shiitake is cultivated on certified organic oak–beech wood chips, ensuring pure
and stable raw material. The cryo-powder in capsules is convenient for a daily
natural ritual and fully retains the mushroom’s chemical profile.

Dosage
Our highly concentrated extract is recommended to start with 5–7 drops 3 times a day, depending on how you feel. You can then increase the dose to 10 drops 3 times a day. The dosage depends on the issue and purpose and can be adjusted.
Take the drops on an empty stomach, 20–30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal.
Swallow the drops and drink with water. For maximum effect, hold the extract under the tongue. It is also suitable for adding to coffee or tea.
We recommend using the extract 6 days a week and taking 1 day off.
After 4 weeks of use, take a 1-week break. Optionally, after 3 months of use, take a 1-month break.
Important Information
This dietary supplement is not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 5–25 °C.
Shelf life: 30 months from the date of manufacture.
This product does not contain caffeine, gluten, artificial colorants, or added sugar.
The capsules are intended for oral use and allow for convenient and precise daily dosing. It is recommended to take them with a sufficient amount of water.
